Two stations. Two ground tracks.
The ISS has been crewed since 2000. Tiangong was completed in 2022. Their inclinations are different, so a pass over one is not a pass over the other.

International Space Station
The ISS is the largest structure in orbit. Its ground track reaches higher latitudes than Tiangong, so the two stations do not pass over the same cities.

China Space Station
Tiangong
Tiangong, the Heavenly Palace, is China’s crewed station. It reached its T-shaped form in 2022. On the map it is labeled CSS, and its orbit stays closer to the equator than the ISS.
